How can I track my order?
Upon placing an order, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a second email with a Royal Mail tracking number. Simply type this in the Royal Mail website.

Are returns free?

A prepaid returns label will be generated for you upon request. The cost of this will be deducted from total refund (unless faulty). Cost is worked out based on weight and will be confirmed with you before processing.

What if I’m between sizes?

Personal Preference. All of our clothing is designed to be ‘relaxed’.
If you enjoy an oversized fit, size up!

What materials are used in your products?
All our products are 100% cotton.

How do I care for my clothing?
Wash everything inside out & on cold. Wash with similar colours. We recommend 30 degrees celsius & below - Max 40 degrees celsius.
Iron inside out and on low. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach.

We recommend washing only when needed and dirty. By washing less, we can prolong the life of clothing whilst also helping the environment.

Are your products sustainable or ethically made?
Yes! We believe in fair wages, safe working conditions and ethical sourcing from suppliers who follow labour laws. SŌS Studios is a ‘slow fashion’ brand which means we are very conscious of the environment. Our mission is to produce quality items, in small batches. This means minimal waste on our side & our customers get something they can wear time & time again. By producing wardrobe staples, we can help to minimise mass production & consumption.
