At SŌS Studios, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely. We use Royal Mail Tracked Services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5pm or on weekends will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Estimated delivery within 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as postal delays or peak seasons.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over £100.00.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your parcel through the Royal Mail tracking system.
