How to Start a Return or Exchange

We aim to respond within 3 working days.
Returns Window
We offer returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
-
In original condition and packaging
-
Have all tags still attached
- Arrive back in the SŌS zip-lock garment bag
Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. Returns will not be accepted if they:

Smell of smoke or have any strong odour (including aftershave, perfume, etc.)

Contain pet hair

Have any stains or marks
Please ensure returns are securely sealed. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Include your name, order number, and reason for return.
If your item is faulty, please contact us within 14 days and include photos of the defect to receive a full refund or replacement.

Once your return arrives at HQ, we will re-inspect the item(s). If your return is not accepted due to condition, you will be notified by email.
We kindly ask you to double-check sizing and style before placing an order.

Return Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid Royal Mail return labels via email.
Return label costs are deducted from your refund, store credit, or exchange:

Heavy items (2kg+): £6.80 - as per Royal Mail 2025

If you are exchanging for a different size in the same product, we’ll cover the re-delivery shipping cost.

Many limited-drop brands have a strict no-returns policy – but we want to offer more flexibility.
We're offering refunds, exchanges, and store credits to ensure you're happy with your purchase, while still operating sustainably as a small team. The shorter returns window helps us stay on top of inventory and operations.
We try to include detailed product descriptions, model reference photos, and size guides to help you find the perfect fit.
Each drop is produced in very limited quantities, helping us reduce overproduction and unnecessary waste.
We hope to extend and improve our returns policy in the near future as SŌS grows.
How Long Will It Take?
Please post your return within 7 days of receiving your returns label.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, you’ll be:

Automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, or

Issued a store credit via email (your choice)
Store credits never expire and can be added to your Apple Wallet.
Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@thesosstudios.com.
